2009 Kansas CPS Legislative Post Audit Into The Illegal Removal Of Children

The Kansas Legislative Post Audit is investigating the statements made by the Secretary of SRS/CPS, Don Jordan, on March 18, 2008 where he stated that the Sedgwick County DA "bullied" Social Workers into falsifying affidavits to remove children from their parents custody. "They (Social Workers) really have no belief in what it says".
